The MotivEducational Medium was founded in 2009 as the result of our founder's three decades long work with youth and young adults in the foster care system. Not only did he discover the overwhelming need for these young people to have a vision for their future, he began to see, feel and witness in his colleagues, the inevitable burn out that comes with the tireless work needed to help these young people to set and achieve goals that add significantly to their lives. What he realized was needed was a periodic "shot in the arm". By continuously reminding us of the reasons why we do what we do and helping us to see our possibilities, fresher, more creative and committed attitudes ruled the day. Grounded in the belief that mountains are only moved and our world is only changed by those who passionately, enthusiastically, and audaciously care, we firmly believe and live by our founders quote:
"Those who focus on encouraging others, have the power to change the world!"
So we accept our mission to move individuals, entrepreneurs and non-profits, towards realizing their possibilities, not just discovering them, but physically bring them to life!
. WHY?
Because we believe in the ripple affect. One drop of water in a barrel of water creates a ripple that affects the entire barrel. By helping and encouraging one to become the best they could possibly be, they will consciously or unconsciously have a positive impact on those around them, whether it be one, or a million.
